Privacy policy

What this service processes

You choose one adult portrait locally. It is uploaded only when you continue to create a private order. We process that image, your scene choice and consent, order and generation status, payment identifiers and operational records necessary to deliver the video and prevent abuse.

We do not request a recovery email. Stripe may collect billing and contact details during checkout under its own policy; this is separate from account or email recovery on our site.

Service providers

• SeeAPI: receives the reference image and scene direction to generate the video using Seedance 2 Mini. Its processing and retention are governed by its own terms; our local deletion does not promise deletion of every provider record or backup.
• Stripe: handles checkout, billing, payment confirmation and refunds. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site, API, order database and media storage, and provides network security.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded images in our storage are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Completed videos are available for 7 days after successful completion, then expire permanently. Download promptly. Expired or deleted media cannot be restored by support.

You can request deletion of available media from the private order page. Deleting media is not a payment refund. Minimal order, payment, abuse-prevention and legally required records may remain where necessary; third-party provider records follow their own policies.

Private links and device storage

Your browser saves order IDs and private access tokens in local storage so My orders can reopen them. Treat the full recovery link as a password: anyone who has it can access the order. Tokens stay in URL fragments, not public page query strings. Forget this device removes the local list, not server media. Blocking or clearing storage can remove device recovery.

Public pages and analytics

Public pages use Plausible privacy-scoped pageview measurement hosted at app.pageview.app. Only allowlisted public page paths are measured; query strings and URL fragments are excluded. Private order and order-list pages do not load analytics. Photos, private tokens, order contents and private links must not be included in public analytics. Network hosts may keep security logs needed to operate the service.

Your choices

Do not upload sensitive images or another person’s photo without permission. We do not publish your upload or result in a gallery without separate permission. For privacy questions, contact support; use your order ID rather than publicly sharing its private token.
