FLYING CAR AI / TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of service

The service

Flying Car AI creates fictional AI automotive clips. The available scene is Traffic Jam Escape using one portrait, an unbranded car and fixed output settings: 10 seconds, 720p, 9:16 MP4. Roadster Ramp Flip, Flying Car Jump and custom car uploads are not available. We are independent and not affiliated with Tesla or any vehicle manufacturer.

Permission and acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. Upload only a photo of an adult with their permission and the necessary image rights. You authorize us and our processing providers to process it to deliver the order. Do not use the service for impersonation, deception, harassment, illegal content, non-consensual imagery or infringing material. Do not upload children’s photos. Clearly identify shared clips as AI-created fiction. Never attempt the depicted stunts.

Payment and delivery

The listed price is $6.99 USD, paid once through Stripe for one video. The final amount is shown before payment. There are no recurring charges or unlimited rerolls. Generation begins only after server-confirmed payment, not because a browser returns from checkout. Completion time varies and is not guaranteed.

SeeAPI provides generation through Seedance 2 Mini. AI results are variable: face likeness, vehicle shape, continuity and motion may contain errors. Sound is not guaranteed. Reference footage and concept art are not promises of your generated result.

Retention

Uploaded images in our storage are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Completed video access lasts 7 days after successful completion. Download immediately; expired or deleted videos cannot be restored. Third-party handling is described in our privacy policy.

Failures and refunds

Confirmed technical non-delivery enters the refund process. Pending or uncertain outcomes require verification; do not pay again to resolve the same job. See the refund policy. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain applicable.
